Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only (v1). International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer standard and express shipping options.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Returns
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused products in their original packaging.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Candles must not have been lit, and body care products must be sealed.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@nourishbotanicals.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products for a different scent or product type. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
